Terrible ********** Service - Avoid at all cost

I purchased an engine from the ************ at the end of October 2017.

They promised and invoiced for an AGU(VW) type engine and delivered an APY(Audi). When I tried to return the engine Divan assured me that the engine would fit. I was not happy and told him I'd rather have the engine I paid for. He refused and contacted the Mechanics to force himself down on all of us and make us install the engine. None of the parts that came with the engine fitted so I had to use all of my old engine's parts to make the vehicle run. This however came at an additional cost of R2800 which he(Divan) promised to pay. When he heard of the additional cost he said he would only pay R1200 of the additional cost and did that.

The other parts(turbo, alternator, starter and intake manifold) have not been delivered as promised. I prompted him a few times to deliver the outstanding parts but he has now chosen to ignore my messages.

At the beginning before I made the purchase I told his colleague Gert that I like doing business with them and that it's not likely to find good businessmen these days. I was wrong and ran into another maintenance **** where nobody delivers what they promised.

My old turbo is not functioning and therefore I need the parts to make my car functional.

No response from LDR engines.
