What a **** show! A complex and utterly disordered and mismanaged situation. I was sold an engine on the 29/08/2023 it was delivered later than the stipulated ETA. The engine was was installed at an RMI approved place and it was faulty (0 compression). As per their policy that was reported and it was supposed to be picked up but that took a while too. After picking it up they were supposed to pay out a refund but that has not happened and they have the engine. Too sum it up no one is communicating and I guess that is just poor workmanship. I'm currently paying for storage fees. Donavan & Divan you need some serious upskiling you have shown incompetence, no problem solving skills, no computer skills, no time management skills, no organizational skills and no interpersonal skills.
