LDR ENGINES, ARE SELLING FAULTY ENGINES AND CLAIM THAT THESE ARE IMPORTED ENGINES.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the car engine I recently purchased from LDR Imported Engine and GearBoxes. The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment.

Upon purchasing the engine [271 Engine] in November 2023, I had high hopes for its performance. However, it quickly became apparent that the engine was plagued with faults and defects. Despite assurances of quality, it failed to meet even the most basic standards.

I spoke to the company with regards to their faulty engine and bear it in mind that i only drove the car for only 3 months, and i have a 6 months warranty.

From the outset, the engine exhibited symptoms of malfunction, causing a myriad of issues with my vehicle. Not only did this inconvenience me greatly, but it also posed a significant safety risk to both myself and others on the road.

Attempts to address these concerns but i met with indifference and a lack of accountability. Instead of offering meaningful solutions or rectifying the situation, I was met with excuses and deflection.

As a consumer, I expect better from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. The lack of integrity and professionalism displayed by this organization is unacceptable.

In light of these experiences, I strongly advise others against buying engines from this establishment. It is evident that quality control and customer service are sorely lacking, and I cannot in good conscience recommend your products to anyone.
