LDR Engines and Gearboxes Ignoring My Refund Request”

I am very disappointed with the service I received from LDR Engines. On 08 August 2025, I purchased a gearbox from them, only to discover that it was not correct for my vehicle. I returned it on 06 September 2025 and requested a refund which I am fully entitled to.

Since 11 September 2025, I have been in contact with Roman, the manager, regarding my refund. Despite numerous follow-ups, he has failed to process or pay my refund up to this day.

This kind of treatment is unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I trusted the company to act in good faith, but instead I have been met with delays, empty promises, and a lack of accountability.

I would caution potential customers to be very careful when dealing with LDR Engines, as they do not honour their financial obligations. I hope this review will prompt them to resolve my refund without any further excuses or delays.
