Ldr engines and gearbox

i bought an engine for a opel astra 1.6 i even send the vin number for the engine to the salesperson.

i feel ****med because at first the shop told me they have the engine i want, it's in their Cape town branch.

20/10/2020 so i eft 3k for courier R1 200 and holding deposit on the engine.

26/10/2020 6 days later, salesperson informs me the engine has arrived from their Cape town branch.

17/11/2020 i fetched the engine at the workshop, well i paid the outstanding balance of R7700

i realized the engine they gave is different from. the engine we discussed on, and they gave back my courier charge,

so i ask the salesperson why am i getting the money, she tells me that my engine was sold without her acknowledgement, but she assures me the engine works hand in hand with the one i requested.

i took the car for service at car care services that is the workshop that put in the engine.

i bought all the necessary parts required for engine replacement.

i pick up the car at car care services. the total cost was almost R10 000

8/12/2020 i stay in soshanguve so i decide to test the out of excitment to Johannesburg.

the car smokes big time all the way the Johannesburg and bak to Pretoria, so i informed both car care services and ldr engine n gearbox athat car is smoking

9/12/2020 i took the car bak to the workshop, still the car is smoking.

10/12/2020

Ldr ENGINES informs me they have found another engine for me but must bring back the faulty one back.

11/12/2020 i ask car care services to remove the faulty engine so i can take it bak to Ldr engine for the exchange.

14/12/2020 car care services informs me that it will cost me about R4500 for labour. and i still need to buy oils, plugs, antifreeze.

21/12/2020 now i am on the way fetch the engine they got.for at Ldr engines

hellopeter please i dont know what to do as i have spend almost 27k for repairs and engine, and still that car is not moving.

and car care services need 50% deposit to do the work and i don't have the money to pay for all this again please help
