I bought what was traded as import engine, only to find that the engine is severely damaged internally, and worse when I was picking it up it made strange noise when being turn but I was told that is just venos without oil pressure but to my surprise when they were supposed to put it, the mechanic from observation noticed that the engine is not in good conditions and decided to open the head thus when we find whole lots of parts lying in with engine out timing, I subsequently informed sales representative via watsapp whom advised that we must try to sort the timing and check if the engine is running to which I refuse on a Cound of those loose components, I then took it back requesting refund which they refuse to say they have engine at their wear house which they can replace it. To date they refuse to give money back or if they do they take 15 percent handling fee which I believe is ******* based on comsumer protection act, to date have not got the money back
