Bad services

Good day.. So I've bought a engine for my bakkie at LDR I've been dealing with Wesley i bought it in September i gave them R11500 engine cost R16000 i said i will give the balance when I receive the engine its been 4 months every time they give me a story an its my first time dealing with them im still at the very moment battling with them they dont make contact with you nothing or any updates on my engine nothing its poor poor services theu dont pick up there phones you can message they dont respond to nothing an i have been losing out on work.. My engin is a 4D56 colt engine an its very very bad services i dont know how long does it take to build a engine or to import one but now I've had it i want my money back now all of it.
