Bad service

I have experienced the worst customer service from this company,, It has come to my attention that you care less about your clients,, my car has been standing by ur workshop for almost a year, you promised 6 months guarantee but the car never drove for more than a month,, in all this they is no clarity if you really changed the engine,, I have tried to be leanant with you but it doesn't work, you ****** me,, it's a shame to get this kind of poor service from a big workshop like yours,, pliz refund me,, Pliz refund me Pliz refund me I will never advice or recommend anyone to you,pliz I need someone who can help me get my car back in its best condition or be refunded
