ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!!! DISGUSTING !!

Taking my car to LDR Engines has been the worst experience of my life!! I handed my car in on the 14th December to have the engine replaced and have still not got it back. Divan ignores my whatsapps and phone calls. They have messed up my gearbox and I had to pay the French Car Company for labour and a new sensor. I am sooo sick of him not being truthful and admitting that they have messed up my car. He has **** about dates of dropping my car off at the French Car Company and another person who could do the job. I think one star is far to much! It is now the 25 April! I have really struggled with him not keeping me up to date! I have to phone from other numbers to get him to answer his phone! I have not heard from him since the 27th of March!!! They still have my car and are doing nothing with it!!
