Lazaron Accounts

Basically I received a call from some debt collectors based in CT to say that I owe a couple of thousand rand to some company called CryoSave - I told the lady I have never heard of them /. 2 weeks later the same company them told me that Lazaron was bought out a few years ago by Cryosave and that my account was thousands overdue. After some investigation, only 2 years have not been paid which is probably because the change in ownership made the debit order null and void. The contract states a fee of R120 ex vat per annum with a CPI related increase. <br> <br> problem 1 - No idea how to contact me was their first excuse - my physical address which is on the contract has not changed...?<br> Problem 2 - No communication ever received from Lazaron in the 9 years since contract inception?<br> Problem 3 - handing over to debt collectors who now demand their hundreds of Rands from me for calling me - joke!<br> Problem 4 - Termination is my only option given the poor track record but my sons cord blood gets destroyed - how can poor admin lead to such a poor state of affairs? Any options to transfer?<br> Lazaron / Cryosave - take your poor customer experience and watch your business shrivel due to lack of trust
