Lazaron Biotechnologies is *****!

This rating and comment is for Lazaron Biotechnologies South Africa. This company is very ********* and their service is just as bad as their ethics and morals! I was informed last year by CryoSave that Lazaron had been taken over by them. I was then asked to sign a contract with CryoSave which I did. Lazaron was then clearly informed to cancel my account with them. I continued to receive notices for months after this saying I owe Lazaron my annual storage fee. And in this no official communication from Lazaron was ever received regarding the change of ownership which is *****! The amount Lazaron was asking me to pay was almost R200 more than CryoSave, and considering my account was cancelled with them last year, the fact they continued as mentioned to email me that I owe them is just as *****. I paid CryoSave this year, then received a very threatening collection demand from Lazaron's debt collectors that stated I have 7 days to pay them or a summons to court would occur. I had to rope CryoSave in to assist in escalating and resolving this mess. Going back in time, I had queries prior to the move over to CryoSave, and every time I had a query and asked Lazaron for guide on anything, they would just ignore me resulting in me needing to follow up and beg for feedback. I will be logging a more formal complaint via the consumer tribunal to get them to further investigate what I deam to be ************, ********* and flat out ***** business practice. In the meantime let this be known for public view here.
