worst company to deal with refunds i purchased a tv from a website called Kuuza that was listed as a seller in 2021 i have not received any refunds regarding that purchase please stay away from these guys

We have since been trying to contact the Merchant (Kuuza) who have been settled in full for all payments made towards your order which you placed and completed in November 2021. Similar attempts were made on your behalf end 2021. Please note that your order is with Kuuza and only they are able to process this refund although we are happy to assist in this regard. We have just tried to make contact with you telephonically and will continue to do so in an effort to resolve this.
