Trash company

First of all I requested a refund on the 24th of April and they said it’ll take 7-14 days. Today I contact me they tell me that the refund has failed I have to send my banking details so that they can process is manually,my question is if I didn’t follow up on my refund when were they gonna tell me that the refund has failed and I need to send banking details. Couldn’t they email to tell me that? Why should me a customer have to reach out Mind you I have to wait another 7 days for my refund (thats if they’ll send it after 7 days) Please don’t use this company. I’ve asked for refunds from other companies and it’s always quick,their communication is great and service is great but layup? Their service is the worst
