Terrible Customer service and Ongoing Refund Delays
I strongly advise engaging against Layup. I placed my order on the 28-08-2023, which unfortunately I had to cancel on the 23rd of February 2024. Since then, I've been waiting for my full refund, it's been a month and there's still no sign of my money. Poor communication and delayed refunds make Layup one to avoid. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from

11 Apr 2024, 12:26Hi Khanya, we are working very hard together with our payment gateway, Peach payments to resolve the delay in your refunds reflecting. Peach are following up with then acquiring bank daily as everything in our system and theirs points to these refunds having been successful.
