Refund not received
I have been battling to receive my refund from layup for the past 3 weeks, it's promises after promises and still no refund received, please stay away from layup, their services is pathetic.

07 Jun 2024, 08:41Hi Daniel, I have investigated your complaint and confirm the following. You cancelled your order 28/05 - 1 week ago. Your refunds were automatically generated 29 and 30 May, reversing each individual payment you made towards your order back to the original source of payment for security reasons. Any card payment reversal takes up to 10 working days to reflect. You have since confirmed that 6 of your 12 refunds are reflecting in your account. We will share proof of payment for all refunds and you are welcome to take this up with your bank. We can also escalate to our payment gateway for further investigation after 10 working days. We can assure you that we will resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Thanks, LayUp Support
