Refund
I have been waiting for a refund for over 3 weeks. I keep being told that is done but they can't give any proof of payment

A proof of payment was shared from our treasury and reconciliation system. We are engaging with our bank and request that you please do the same. We apologise profusely for the delay in this refund reflecting but are confident that we will soon resolve the issue.
