No Refund
Hi there, Thank you for your paitence. Please note that LayUp does not set the terms, the merchant/store charges the cancellation fee, each store has their own cancellation fee policy for reserving the item. some store charge a percentage and some stores will charge the deposit as the cancellation fee. Although each Merchant defines their cancellation policy through our system, this is governed by their terms and conditions and agreed to by you, the customer, when placing your order. We would be more than happy however to escalate a request to waive or reduce any cancellation fees directly to the respective Merchant.
