Miscommunication of cancellation fees

I was interested in purchasing a phone so I made a payment of R1399.99 (46% progress through my payment plan) I canceled my payment plan and gave reason that I will not be able to keep up with payments and my request was accepted. Hoping to get an email regarding refund, I receive no emails , I decide to go back to my layup account dashboard to see if I will be refunded and I see that the cancellation fee is R1399.99 mind you upon agreeing to the terms and conditions there were no cancellation fee at all so I'm now surprised when all the money I deposited is taken for the cancellation fee . Very unhappy with all of this and it was not communicated to me. Very unhappy
