LayUp Lack of relevant information

I recently ordered an iPhone, picked an affordable payment plan and paid the deposit. However, I am only finding out now that Lay Up wants you to pay everything in full first, before you get the item. There is no mention of this anywhere on their website. I will do all I can to ensure I get that refund as soon as possible.
