Don’t trust Layup, they cancelled and took my money

It’s been two years since I’ve paid up my laybye only for them to cancel it on their side. Imagine paying it completely and they cancelling it. They charged me a R1250 cancellation fee and said they cannot pay me because they are still waiting to get their monies from NWJ. I don’t understand because they gave me back my deposit and initial payments but held back my last two payments and called it cancellation fees. I still want my money. Don’t trust these *****s- rather use PayJustNow or laybye directly with these stores
