Consumer protection act violation

I purchased a product and paid in full an amount of almost R2000 for a product , received an email from layup stating that the store can fulfill the purchase agreement and that they would be canceling my order, the refund amount is R644, if this is not sorted out soon, I am going to consumer protect, because this is evidently not my fault, layup need to do their homework before they list their companies on their website..
