Disappointing correspondence and refund policy

I am highly disappointed in the manner which personnel communicate for alternative courses herein. They are very eager to initiate your payment however not so eager to initiate any communication or refunds unless you CC someone into your e-mail. I have been struggling for approximately 4/5 months to obtain proper correspondence to entertain civil mediation course with them with NO success. Now refunding me is also a problem. Please avoid this institutions extra curricular courses.
