Bad Help

I am sick to the core the treatment of laudium community health "care" centre workers. They have 0 tolerance, 0 patience, 0 RESPECT, 0. Emotional intelligence and lastly they have no empathy none whatsoever, you could die waiting to be assisted there. I arrived as early as can be because I know the queues can be very hectic. I waited the queue in the cold weather we were seated outside. An 2 hours later I get inside and sign to get my file. I waited another 3 hours just waiting for a file. The workers there are going up and down buying food, holding hands and giggling passing by. Every door opening I and many other anticipated that someone with the files will come out... But nothing. I got my file at 12:30. And I rushed to the dentist department because the dentist might be leaving soon. I get there I greet and wait to be assisted, the ladies there were so unkind. They asked me why I didn't greet. I say I did greet just say you didn't hear me. Then one of them proceed to check if I'm able to do anything. She's taking my hands and throwing it and the Chari then takes it back to my lap I looked at her. She opened my file and the lingers my card by my arm. I don't see that she did that until I moved my arm a bit, she throws it to my lap. Just when I thought I've seen it all. She utters these line " areye tsena" meaning get it, so impolite. The other lady tells me sit she leaves the room for 3 minutes and chats to the other guy telling him, he should come back tomorrow there's not equipment for tooth extraction. He leaves. She gets back to me and asks me why I'm here. I tell her my problem and she says tooth extraction I tell her I can't cz it's the front tooth, and ask her to do a filling instead. She sees that my tooth needs attention and fast. She then proceeds to give me an appointment for 2 weeks later. How bad will the tooth have become by then. Haii. That's how you know to practice being humble.
