Never Fly LATAM Airlines - Worst Service

WARNING!! NEVER EVER fly LATAM Airlines!!! WE were booked to fly to Brasil on this airline, when we arrived we were told the flight is delayed by half a day and that we will miss our connections too, that we will have to sleep in some hotel when we eventually arrive at the stopover city. We told them its impossible to miss the flight due to our commitments and agenda in Brasil. After many phone calls and arrangements, The office of LATAM Airlines at OR Tambo International airport, told us they understand our situation, and they will refund our tickets immediately, and that we can buy alternative tickets with SAA, so that we can be in time. We went ahead and bought on top of our tickets another Three tickets to fly to Brasil. LATAM Airlines then lost our luggage, After they told and assured us its being send over to SAA. We had to wait three days to receive our luggage. This caused alot of extra unnecessary expenses to all of us. This was the beginning of April, now two months later, no correspondence, no answer, nothing. Because of the other two ladies i said i will fly this airline, it was a first attempt, never again will i book with them. Its a disgrace.
