4 flights cancelled in 3 days and no information!!!

My husband has been sitting around for 48 hours at the O.R Tambo airport without knowing when he is flying to SP. His flight has been cancelled 3 times and no one can tell us when they are leaving. LATAM Airlines has no regards for their customers or your money!! They overcharge and offer no service whatsoever!! I have been trying to call our their call centres - Brazil, Chile and SA - and no one has any idea of what is going on or any information of when they are flying. We had planned trips to take and now we had to cancel all our plans and lost our money because of the dog show LATAM is. There are passengers from this flight that are going to miss their sister/daughter's wedding due to the mess this airline has created. There are people waiting for their flights for 4 days without knowing when they are going to arrive home to their families. If you are planning to go to South Africa, use South African Airways - at least they will get you to your final destination in time!
