No Delivery and no care for clients

The service provider said they'll be at my premises at between 3:30 and 4pm. I called them at 2pm and again at 4:30 to confirm that they were still coming, and they confirmed. At 6:30 when I called them again to check if they were still coming, the technicians told me its too late and they don't have the right equipment. I then asked when can they make it and I was told they don't know.
