Bad customer service. Very terrible!

I joined the business on the 16 of April 2026, I have not received any communication from the company about my parcel that contains my business kit. I emailed them not response, called them no response. Checked reviews and I saw that people are not happy about lass. I looks like they give first preference to the people with big orders and ignore those who are trying to make a living with small monies. I urgently needed my products as my skin suffers acne and no one is attending to me. Am Soooo disappointed at Lass.
