BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bad customer service, they have very bad customer service. Yes their products worked for me but the service that we get 😩 you place an order according to your customers needs they deliver whatever they have and do not communicate with you. One time I ordered tissue oils, soaps and face creams but they delivered only 2 tissue oils, roll ons, serum and body butters, after i waited for a month to get my order still I received wrong order. I tried to communicate via email, support tickets, WhatsApp even calls they never respond to any of those communication channels😏😏😏
