Extremely Disappointed with Quality and Service

I am very disappointed with my experience at Lara Louise Designs. I paid the deposit for my daughter’s matric farewell dress back in April 2025, but we only received the finished dress on 30 September 2025 — just one day before the event.

Throughout the process, communication was poor. I constantly had to follow up for updates, and whenever I did, there were always excuses instead of clear answers. To make matters worse, additional costs were added that were never communicated upfront, which felt very unprofessional.

When we finally received the dress, the quality was shockingly poor. It did not fit properly, and some parts were literally coming apart — seams were unfinished, and certain details weren’t even sewn on correctly. After such a long wait and the high expectations for a once-in-a-lifetime event like a matric farewell, this was extremely upsetting and disappointing.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lara Louise Designs. The lack of communication, unexpected extra charges, and poor workmanship left us very dissatisfied.
