Embarrassed mother of the groom

I was very disappointed with my custom designed dress. The dress I received was too small, and the wrong colour was used for the stitching aswell as the zip and button, which made the overall look completely different from what I requested. On top of that, the stitching was uneven and untidy, giving the back of the dress a poorly finished appearance.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication throughout the process. I never received updates or clarifications, and my messages went unanswered.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this designer based on my experience. I hope improvements can be made in quality control and customer communication.

Lara informed me the day before the wedding that the amount quoted has changed, because she repeatedly started over again using more fabric.
