Thanks to Claudio and his team

Claudio Coelho and his team are very friendly people. The way in which my path crossed with theirs, is actually very ironic, because it was due to a misunderstanding from my side. Claudio and his team handled the situation in a calm and professional way and I was very impressed. I apologized to them for the misunderstanding. Even though they accepted my apology, I still feel bad about it. I am very impressed with the way they resolve misunderstandings and their kindness. I will recommend them to anybody.
