Lanline suspend account for 2 cent overdue.

I paid my bill and received a email that my account was suspended because I was overdue by 2 cent. Really?? If it was Rands then I can understand, but for 2 cents. I did not know the axect amount because I did not received a bill. This is totally unacceptable to suspend my account for 2 cents. What about all the minutes left over each month that I loose. That is far more than 2 cents.
