Disappointing

Poor communication, dropped calls, unreliable connections & staff do not work in unison to sort out a PROBLEM. For a few days, we lost our lines because of their lack of PROPER communication. Both branches are a mission to get hold of. When our team wanted to speak to a manager/supervisor, our calls were simply dropped!
