Corrected the wrong to a right.

Feedback on my original review. Firstly i want to thank Candice head of Client services for your most efficient and friendly service and handling my review in such a professional way. The issue was handled with only one telephone call,and this could of been corrected if it went from the beginning through the correct channel,The issue was that we got a more updated and sophisticated device which would of suited our business and we would of most likely kept the installed system had we known how much faster and effective the system was geared up to do. The selling point and benefit of this new Lanline Technology as indicated to us..is that when a client wants to look up the business you in,or trying to call the particular business ,or making a call it looks like and gives the impression that one is dealing with an established business and its not one that's just popped up overnight where everybody walks around with cell phones.
