DISAPPOINTED IN LANGKLOOF ROSES

DISAPPOINTED! We were meant to get married at Langkloof Roses in May but unfortunately weren't able to due to Lockdown. We subsequently decided to just do a small ceremony with our parents and forfeit our "white wedding." Most of our guests are from afar and it just made sense for everyone's safety. We are unfortunately now battling to get any funds back from Langkloof Roses (not even a percentage) of the full amounts paid including our guests accommodation fees. No contract was signed and they are not responding to our lawyer. We understand that everyone has been affected during this time(we most certainly have) but we have now been battling this for 3 months and are no further. No compromises. No negotiating. I am devastated that things have turned out this way and incredibly disappointed. No wedding and no refund of any kind! THIS IS THEFT!
