Day light ******* by Land Rover N1 City & terrible performance

<p>I sent a Range Rover Evoque to Land Rover N1 City in November 2016 for diagnostic and repairs thereof. The problem was on the transmission (gears not selecting) and dashboard (all lights on). Not even a single day I was informed of the progress of the repairs. i had to call to get feedback which was always the same, "our technicians are working on it".</p> <p> </p> <p>After about TRHEE MONTHS I was informed that they cannot repair the car I must take it to a transmission specialist. To my surprise I was invoiced for labour and parts that were changed in the car whereas the car was not fixed i.e. all dashboard lights still on and gears not selecting. An explanation was given by the Service Manager but the car was not fixed and the money was demanded for releasing the car.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need help on how to deal with this. </p> <p> </p>
