******* quality of cheese

I always buy the lancewood gouda 900g and sometimes I have issues with it from Checkers where it breaks to pieces when trying to slice it. I lodged a complaint with lancewood on 10th of May, Chane Steyn contacted me on the 14th requesting best before date which I gave and then she sent me a wicode to use at Checkers or pick n pay. I chose pick n pay as the amount is less than what it is being sold for at stores. The wicode doesn't even work, wasted petrol going to two different pick n pay stores and it declines. Emailed Chane last night with regards to it and she didn't have the decency to respond! And then email is ended with this lousy phrase: "We value your continued support and sincerely hope that you will continue to choose LANCEWOOD in the future."
