Mouldy cheese twice in a row

I purchased Lancewood Edam from mini pick n pay in George a week ago. I opened the cheese, cut a slice to eat and spat it out straight away,it was completely inedible, tasted mouldy althoughy there was no visible mould. Today I purchase another Lancewood Edam cheese at the Super Spar in George and this time there was visible mould to be seen upon opening (it was hidden by the packaging, otherwise I would never have purchased it). I have photographic evidence of both packages and am going to keep them as proof should you require them. Please let me know how to proceed.
