Lancewood Cheese Crumbly and Sour

All Lancewood products are a staple in my home, we always purchase the Gouda cheese as it's our favorite, however this is the 2nd time in a row that I've purchased a 1.25 kg block and it has been horrible, it crumbles instantly so you cannot grate it and it has a sour taste and very light in colour, Im not sure if the place I purchased it from (makro) has been freezing and defrosting it but it tastes like it has been frozen and thawed. Unpleasant taste and now such a waste of money as it was R127. Very disappointed ( exp date June 2022)
