Lancewood Cheese

I bought the Lancewood gouda cheese last week at a local supermarket. The best before date hasnt even passed as yet however when I tried to use it today it was all crumbly and wouldnt even grate well. The cheese also has a really bitter taste. #first time this happened #terrible experience #money wasted
