Lancewood cheease quality control missing

The quality control on Lancewood cheese is non-existent. When you by Gouda it might taste like Gouda, be over salted or taste like Cheddar. The texture is Gouda or Cheddar like. It is a lottery as to what the next packet will give. The same holds for the Cheddar. It can be a great Cheddar or bland. The texture can be smooth or crumbly.
