Instant good service

After purchasing 900g Lancewood cheese from Pick 'n Pay, We found it to be soft, sticky and devoid of flavour. Upon complaining, we received excellent service from the manufacturer, and a voucher to Checkers, for R120. Thanks for the great response. Very refreshing in todays experience.
