CHEDDAR CHEESE NOT MELTING
Recently bought a 900g family pack block of cheddar cheese.
On bakng my Mac & Cheese in oven at correct temp the cheese would not melt as previously done. There was no gooey going on, nothing.
Have unfortunately used most of the cheese for this dish. Have checked the packaging for batch no/expiry date and there is none. This block was purchased from PicknPay Bedford Centre.
