Brilliant Service

On Wednesday 9th March just before 10am, I called Arthur to complain about a block of cheese I had bought. I was gobsmacked when just after 1pm Steve called to tell me that he was 5minutes away from my home. He arrived with a replacement block of cheese plus extra. I am still so taken with their friendly manner in dealing with the matter. What brilliant service! I will never consider buying any other product besides Lancewood wherever possible. Thanks guys, that was really wonderful.
