Outstanding Service

The ladies at LaMara at Westgate are very friendly and professional. When you walk in you feel like a paying customer and treated with dignity and respect. They also go out of their way to find a shoe size by calling other stores, getting the shoe to their store then call me to confirm they received it. I have never experienced anything like that. They also don't have the energy of pushing you to buy what you don't want which I really appreciate. I have the option of buying online but because of their excellent service I always prefer going in store, specifically to them. Today, I asked one of the ladies tips for customer service as I am also in the customer environment and feel inspired to excel in my own profession. Thank you for your service ladies. It has not gone unappreciated!
