I needed a pair of shoes urgently for Saturday and reached out through the Lamara Paris website. Although delivery wasn’t possible in time, I chatted to someone on the website quickly checked store availability for me. He found a pair at Westgate, and from there, the amazing in-store staff took over. Sbongile, who was incredibly kind and professional on the phone, packaged the shoes and even stepped out of the store to hand them directly to my Uber driver.
