Horrible service!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible service and no respect for the customers. I ordered a pair of shoes for a wedding and when I received it, not only was the box in bad condition, the shoes are worn out and breaking. On a tiny piece of paper left in the box it said, “shoes worn, customer refunded” I never got my refund and haven’t even got any responses.
