As a first-time online buyer at Lamara, I was extremely pleased by their entire ordering and shipping process you can track everything easily at the touch of a button. The shoes arrived they were gorgeous but we ordered the wrong size and Lamara was instantly arranging a collection for an exchange for a different size .. that process was also so easy and they are so accommodating and polite. I will be buying from them again. I know my daughter has found a shoe store she loves ❤️
