Paid R4,500 – Promised Rehab Collection Never Happened
Our housekeeper was desperately trying to get her son into drug rehabilitation. **Mr Rakgoale** assured us that once our payment of **R4,500** reflected, someone would immediately collect him for admission. We paid in full based on those promises. More than a month has now passed, no one has ever arrived to collect him, the promised rehabilitation service has not been provided, and we have not received a refund despite repeated follow-ups. Families seeking help for a loved one battling addiction are incredibly vulnerable. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend using this service. I strongly encourage anyone considering it to carry out thorough due diligence, insist on a written agreement, and avoid making payment until they are confident the promised service will be delivered. We are still requesting a full refund or the service that was promised.

Mr Moloto featured on Thobela FM Radio Station
Mr Moloto Good day I hope you are well. I am writing to request your assistance regarding Mr Moloto, who was featured on Thobela FM radio station some time ago promoting services that assist families with loved ones struggling with substance abuse. After seeing his details shared Thobela FM TikTok platform, I contacted him seeking help for my brother. Mr Moloto assured me that he could assist and requested immediate payment of R5,500 and R2,400, which my family paid in good faith. He promised that my brother would be collected within a day or two. Unfortunately, more than a month has passed and no service has been provided. After numerous follow-ups, I requested a refund, which Mr Moloto agreed to process. However, despite repeated promises, no refund has been received. I have made several attempts to contact him, but he has ignored my calls and messages and has now blocked my number. When I contacted him using another number, he again promised that his team would process the refund, but more than a week has passed without any payment being made, and that number has now also been blocked. My family is encouraging me to open a ***** case, but before taking that step, I felt it would be appropriate to reach out to Thobela FM, as your platform introduced me to Mr Moloto's services and no one responded to my calls or email. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in contacting him or facilitating communication regarding the promised refund. Ladgac rehabilitation center owned by Lebo at 1 Dendron Road Polokwane
My daughter escaped after 5 months 2 weeks and they dont take accountability, They cannot answer as to how that can happen when she was only left with 2 weeks, the cannot say what might have triggered her to escape, I dont even know how true is this, is my daughter even alive, I stay in JHB and the center is at Polokwane, I want answers and no one is able to tell me what happened, the even closed the parents group so that I dont get to alert parents.

Ladgac rehabilitation center owned by Lebo at 1 Dendron Road Polokwane does not provide psychological intervention for patients. They keep them enclosed like animals in a zoo. They do not provide progress reports for patients. They demand full amount even if you deregister your child due to non service and refused to provide report on the time spent in their facility.

LADGAC FAILURE
I send my aunt brother to this rehab for 5 months with payment of R3500 and registration fee of R7000, and he is very worse off and he is very abuse aunt and he even brag that he was a security guard at the Ladgac Rehabilitation which is own by Ntate Makhura. We paid R3500 a month plus we use to buy food and snacks of up to R1000 a month. No psychology report, no assessment was done on him. My aunt raised the issue with Mr Makhura but Makhura instead insulted my aunt and told her that she does not understand why she want a physiological report. This Rehab is money making scheme... We even talked to Lefa who is the Manager but we fail... There is no systems in place and they just don't care about their client. My aunt brother is alcoholic and very abusive to her and even threaten to kill her on several occasions and unfortunately he is only staying with her, the two of them.It's a disappointment to spend so much and still the person he is worse off.
