UNORTHARISED MONEY DEBITTED FROM MY ACCOUNT

<div>Good Day Hellopeter My wife has put in a complaint but was rejected because she was not the client. This company deducted a double instalment from my bank and ever since the 6th of February i have been tryin to reach out to Kalene who stooped taking my calls and did not respond to emals, my wife got so furious and decided to contact them herself and was treated so bad because Kalene could not give her answers. up till today we have still not received any response or a refund from them and this Kalene is very rude when we call her. What is our next step because i feel the company needs to be reported to the CPA. They were quick to get the papers signed and contract finalized from my side but now i must battle to get my money back.
